Cooking Eggs

Unless we have an overabundance of eggs, we generally do not sell cooking eggs.

Small Guinea eggs are 1st year eggs, and are less likely to be fertilized. So we sell them as cooking eggs. $8/ dozen

2nd year eggs and older, we sell as hatching eggs

Chicken eggs: $2.50/ dozen

Guineas only lay eggs for approximately 6 months out of the year; where chickens can lay pretty much all year round, slowing down in production during the winter months.

As of 2024; we don’t sell guinea eggs for cooking, only chicken eggs, but you could spend up to 50¢ to a $1 per guinea egg for cooking… so you know. If you wanted to eat the guineas eggs; they are higher in protein, for they are mostly yoke.
